(1) If you want to customize your logo, the sample production time is about 7-10
days and then ship out. If not, samples can be shipped 3 days later.

(2) If your customized samples contains logo process. We will charge some opening edition fee. But when you want to continue to place bulk orders with us, we will refund the opening edition fee to your bulk orders.

(3) When you receive our samples and find that your products do not meet your
needs, you can contact our sales team. In order to show our sincerity of cooperation, we will give you some discount or some newly developed samples when you place your next order.
